Your future Role

  • Serve as Product Owner for our agile feature development team, providing clear direction and guidance.
  • Refine and prioritize work items based on feedback, ensuring user stories are actionable and ready for development.
  • Communicate the product vision and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Develop detailed user stories, establish acceptance criteria and evaluate product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to solicit feedback, align  priorities and drive continuous product improvement.
  • Actively participate in all relevant agile meetings, including sprint planning, dailies, sprint reviews, retrospectives and backlog refinement sessions.
  • As part of the Product Management team, you will report directly to our Head of Product Management.
 

Your Skills

  • You have at least 1+ years of hands-on experience as a Product Owner, preferably in a SaaS-context.
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to translate customer needs into clear and value-driven product requirements.
  • You are confident in making assertive decisions and organizing resources, driving progress and ensuring that milestones are achieved.
  • Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken. (Our working language is English).
    Additional German skills are nice-to-have.
  • Good understanding of agile methodologies (Kanban and Scrum); experience with Jira is a plus.

The stated position is available for full-time employment (38,5h/week).

 

We offer a minimum salary of € 44.500 gross per year (ST1, Einstiegsstufe) with one year of relevant experience as a Product Owner or similar based on the IT collective agreement.

Considerable over-payment is possible for candidates with relevant professional experience and qualifications.
