Your future Role

  • You are the direct contact person for our customers in case of support inquiries.
  • Handle our customers' concerns via phone/email, or collaborate with our expert teams to find a solution. You will manage internal and external communication until the final resolution of the issue.
  • Provide telephone support to our customers for setting up and activating their time tracking terminals.
  • Keep our knowledge database and training materials constantly up to date.
 

Your Skills

  • You already have some experience in B2B software customer support.
  • Very good German and English language skills, additional languages are nice-to-have.
  • You enjoy interacting with customers over the phone and impress with your high level of respectful communication skills.
  • You are passionate about innovative technologies and demonstrate exceptional proficiency in effortlessly finding both technical and functional solutions.
  • You already have a fundamental knowledge of databases (e.g., MySQL) and ticketing systems.
  • You are a team player with a sense of precision and self-organization.
  • Technical expertise in cloud solutions, REST API, SSO, and networking would be a nice-to-have.

Based on the years of relevant professional experience as a customer care agent, we offer a minimum salary of € 43.078,-- gross per annum (ST1, Einstiegsstufe), respectively € 52.136,-- gross per annum (ST1, Regelstufe) based on a full-time role and on the IT collective agreement. Individual qualifications and experience relevant to the open position will be considered for the salary, and there is a clear willingness to overpay.
