Your future Role

  • Exploring and evaluating new AI tools to address specific challenges within the company.
  • Discussing and presenting potential and current AI technologies to the management team, highlighting their benefits for the company.
  • Selecting and integrating appropriate AI tools to enhance current business processes.
  • Bring AI agents into teams to automate repetitive and low-value tasks, enabling teams to focus on more valuable work.
  • Analyzing (user) data and supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Testing models & algorithms on data and improving key metrics to optimize data quality.
  • Working with all teams (developers, marketing, finance, …) to identify areas where data and AI tools can be effectively applied.
  • In this role you report directly to our CTO/CPO.
 

Your Skills

  • Software development skills, preferably proficiency in Python, VS Code, Jupyter, Docker, and GIT.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills and an interest in AI and data science.
  • Experience with Python-based AI and data science tools (such as Pandas, scikit-learn, and deep learning frameworks) along with transformer models and visualization tools like Matplotlib and Plotly, is highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of databases, particularly MySQL.
  • Presentation and communication skills, with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
  • A strong willingness to learn and an eagerness to find innovative solutions.
  • Very good proficiency in both English and German, both written and spoken.

We welcome applicants of any gender and origin to become part of the success story of our highly motivated team. For this role, we provide a minimum gross annual salary of € 44.450,- (ST1 Einstiegsstufe) in accordance with our IT collective agreement.


This applies to a full-time position of 38.5 hours per week. Individual qualifications and experience relevant to the open position will be considered for the salary, and there is a clear willingness to overpay.
