Your future Role

Learn a lot about all employer branding and marketing campaigns and actively support our HR and marketing team in generating content
Dive deep into the areas of self-control, stress management, time management (and similar areas) to find trends and scientific evidence on how to use time optimally in the sense of personal wellbeing
Independently conduct literature research on psychological topics and then briefly summarise the content of papers and articles in German and English
Get actively involved in all top of the funnel marketing activities
Use your internship to gain a lot of insights into the areas of people and organizational development, as well as training and coaching from a very experienced personnel psychologist

Your Skills

You are dreaming of gaining a foothold in the field of personnel and organizational development, and you would therefore already like to learn a lot about this professional field
You have excellent written and spoken German and English skills (our company language is English)
You are currently studying for a master's degree in psychology with a focus on personnel/industrial psychology and can demonstrate very good academic success
You are experienced in dealing with SPSS/Excel and already have good knowledge of statistics
You enjoy literature research for studies on Google Scholar or similar, and you find it easy to read various studies, interpret them and summarize their core content (both in German and in English)
You are characterized by discretion, confidentiality, team spirit and diligence

The stated position is available for full-time as well as part-time employment. The minimum salary based on a full-time role is €1,330 gross per month.
