Your future Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain deep experience and insights in Business Development, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Care during an initial 3- to 6-month trainee program.
Throughout this trainee program, you will learn all about our Software as a Service solution, which made us one of the leading players in the international time-tracking sector.
Once you know our product and our company well enough, you will have direct contact to potential Spanish customers, who want us to directly get in touch with them.
You will only contact so called “good marketing leads” who have already proposed interest in our product and solutions. (no cold calling)
During those calls, figure out if our product is the ideal solution for them, meets all of their requirements and fits in their IT landscape. Whenever you are convinced that our software is the perfect match, try to actively sell our software.
Support our excellent marketing team, when creating any content in Spanish, whether for social media, web or within our product.
During your trainee program, you will learn from our expert team, which is primarily responsible for the growth of TimeTac.

Your Skills

Spanish is your native language and additionally you have excellent English skills.
You are currently studying (or have recently completed your studies) in the field of international marketing, business, or sales (BA, MA, MBA).
Outstanding academic performance and a strong motivation to learn more about SaaS business models are fundamental requirements for this position.
Highest interest in Internationalization and entering new markets.
A self-confident appearance and excellent presentation and communication skills characterize you.

We offer a salary package of €1,461,50 gross per month based on a full-time role for this 3-6 month trainee program. We will also cover your housing costs in Austria (providing a fully furnished short-term rental apartment, in a very nice area, close to the office).
