Your future Role

  • You are the direct point of contact for our employees and welcome external visitors.
  • You take care of our mail, receive packages, and process mailings to our customers.
  • Organize and manage material orders such as office supplies, office furniture and IT equipment.
  • You support us in onboarding and prepare the workplace and equipment for our new colleagues.
  • Receipt processing and preliminary work for accounting are part of your regular tasks.
  • You are responsible for customer invoicing and payment processing, and you respond to customer inquiries regarding their invoices.
  • In facility management, you organize repairs and maintenance and demonstrate your improvisational skills when quick solutions are needed.
 

Your Skills

  • Completed commercial training
  • Professional experience in an office environment
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Very good German and English language skills (spoken and written)
  • Structured, precise and reliable way of working
  • High communication and teamwork skills
  • Hands-on and pragmatic thinking
  • Organizational skills
  • Basic technical understanding and interest in IT

According to the collective agreement for our IT sector, the position entails a gross annual salary (depending on years of relevant professional experience in office management) of at least €33.544,- (AT, entry level). However, individual qualifications and relevant experience for the position will be taken into account when determining the actual salary, and there is a willingness to offer higher pay.
