In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO)/Chief Technology Officer (CTO), collaborating closely with the development teams, and our customer-facing teams. You are responsible for establishing and overseeing our product management process. This involves directly managing requirements, setting priorities, and launching new features and solutions. You will also assess the commercial impact of product decisions and play a crucial role in both product development and business growth.

Your future Role

Lead our Product Management Team, consisting of Product Owners and UI/UX Designers, which is currently growing and at this time includes 5 people.
In this role you report directly to the CPO/CTO and are enabled to translate the company’s strategy into a product roadmap with objectives, implementation plans, and delivery dates.
Take over the responsibility for developing and managing the product development process.
Manage the scoping and design of new features, products, and use cases.
Define requirements, prioritize development tasks, and navigate conflicting priorities.
Evaluate the financial and commercial effects of other product initiatives on the market.
Maintain a good understanding of the technical and commercial impact of product development requirements and be able to integrate these into your decisions.
Gain a broader understanding of trends in time tracking that impact our product development.
Identify ways to automate processes to increase customer value.
Improve our existing automated processes and workflows, and drive efficiencies in the customer and user journey.
Collect feedback from customers, sales and other internal teams to transform these insights into product solutions that deliver value to our customers.

Your Skills

At least 3 years of leadership experience as a Head of Product Management in a technology business.
Excellent understanding of B2B SaaS dynamics (from both a business and software development perspective).
Several years of working experience as Senior Product Manager or similar.
You have studied Software Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field with both business and technical components, ideally with a focus on product management.
"A problem solver with a flexible, hands-on mentality” - is a sentence that describes you best.
Fluent in English and German languages.
Experience in the "Product Led Growth" methodology a nice-to-have.

Based on the years of relevant professional experience as a Head of Product Management, we offer a minimum salary of € 60,844 gross per annum (ST2, Regelstufe), based on a full-time role and the IT collective agreement. Individual qualifications and experience relevant to the open position will be considered for the salary, and there is a clear willingness to overpay.
