Product Engagement Manager (SaaS) with UX experience (f/m/d)
As our Product Engagement Manager, you play a crucial role in our product-led growth strategy by analysing user behaviour based on data and identifying ideas to create value for them.
Your future Role
You create strategies to effectively reach our target audiences and analyse the behaviour of our potential users during the software's testing phase.
Based on your data analysis, you define hypotheses and develop strategies to enhance our software, delivering immediate value to our users.
Your concepts will be implemented under your lateral lead by our experts in UX/UI, software development, and marketing.
The testing of your concepts will then be in your hands. You have the opportunity to validate your hypotheses with data, adjust them with the team, and test again.
Develop strategies based on your data to continuously improve user engagement, retention, and acquisition.
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
Our Product Engagement Manager will report directly to the CEO, as this is a key position for driving product-led growth.
Your Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science/Analysis, Behavioral Science, Human-Centred Computing, Performance Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in data analysis, user engagement, or related roles in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment.
Desired, but not a requirement (as it can be learned on the job), is experience with product-led growth strategies.
Strong analytical and research (quantitative and qualitative) skills, including proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance analysis.
You are deeply passionate about technology, curious about users and their behaviour, and have UX knowledge.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills with the ability to work effectively across diverse and lateral teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
