(Senior) Product Manager (f/m/d)
As a Product Manager, you’re not just managing features - you’ll shape the future of TimeTac, ensuring that we build a timetracking solution that truly matters.
Your future Role
Create new features and lead them through the implementation process in close collaboration with the Product Owners until they go live.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform software improvements and drive product innovation.
Support our product management team with your research skills to gain valuable insights about our competitors in the market.
Define and refine product requirements, ensuring clear specifications and alignment with business goals.
Facilitate collaboration between Product Owners, development teams, and other departments to manage dependencies and ensure seamless delivery.
Influence the overall product direction, focusing on user adoption and emerging trends.
Communicate progress and insights to internal stakeholders and leadership, ensuring strategic alignment.
In this role, you will be part of the product team and report to our Head of Product Management.
Your Skills
Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in an agile software development environment.
Completed studies in Software Development, Business Informatics, Information Management, or a related field.
Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into meaningful product features.
Strong analytical skills for evaluating competitors, market trends, and customer feedback.
Skilled in gathering and communicating complex requirements with clarity to both stakeholders and technical teams.
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.

We offer a minimum salary of € 53.802 gross per year (ST1, Regelstufe) with at least three years of relevant experience in Product Management of software based on the IT collective agreement. Considerable over-payment is possible for candidates with relevant professional experience and qualifications.
