Your future Role

In this position, you will have the opportunity to gain deep experience in the areas of Business Development, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Customer Care during an initial 6-month trainee program
You will learn all about our Software as a Service solution, which has made us one of the leading players in the time tracking sector
As our Business Development Trainee, from your first day at TimeTac, you will be strongly involved in making TimeTac known in the Spanish region and actively supporting us in entering the Spanish market. This a fantastic opportunity for you!
In addition, you will be responsible for translating from German/English to Spanish, both for web and marketing sites and within our product
Your interest in IT and software products will help you build comprehensive product knowledge
During your traineeship, you will have the opportunity to learn from our experienced team, which is mainly responsible for the growth of TimeTac in the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region
You will have many opportunities to develop yourself; after your trainee program, there is a high probability of a permanent position in our team as our future "Junior Business Developer," who will support us in successfully entering the Spanish-speaking markets

Your Skills

Spanish is your native language, and you can translate between English and German to Spanish with your perfect sense of speech
You have excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
You have either started or completed your studies in business or technical fields
You are highly interested in marketing and sales topics and have always wanted to know how to successfully enter new markets as a scale-up during the internationalization phase
You find Software as a Service solution exciting, and you are ready to achieve your first experience in marketing or sales with our team
Internationalization and entering new markets is an area you want to learn more about
You are interested in IT and Software products
A self-confident appearance and excellent presentation and communication skills characterize you

We welcome applicants of any gender and origin to become part of the success story of our highly motivated team. The stated position is available for full-time as well as part-time employment. For example, a 4-day week is a possible model that we offer.

Based on our IT collective agreement, we offer a salary of € 1,500 gross per month based on a full-time role for this 6-month trainee program.

In the case of following permanent employment as our Junior Business Developer/Spain, we offer a salary of € 40,922 (ST1, Berufseinsteiger) gross per year based on a full-time role and the IT collective agreement.

Individual qualifications and experience relevant to the open position will be considered for the salary, and there is a clear willingness to overpay.
