Your future Role

  • Create impactful, cohesive, and intuitive user interfaces with strong brand recognition for our website and marketing initiatives.
  • You are our expert on all matters concerning the brand experience of our website, as well as design trends and technologies.
  • Take our TimeTac website to the next level by further developing the design and usability.
  • You will be responsible for implementing and developing visual design concepts based on responsive design principles, as well as maintaining and evolving our style guide. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team, product management team, and stakeholders.
  • Lead usability tests to evaluate the usability of our website/products and provide new insights to our product and marketing teams.
  • Guide visual designs and assets to support the content department.
  • Ensure quality assurance regarding cross-platform design.
 

Your Skills

  • Completed degree and/or training, e.g., in areas such as communication design, UI design, web design, information design, and/or a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in responsive web design, with proficiency in graphic design.
  • Proficient in common web design, prototyping, and web development tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
  • Strong knowledge of design and usability principles, as well as experience in user research and testing to ensure a consistent user experience across all products and platforms.
  • Understanding of frontend development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and the ability to collaborate with developers to effectively implement design visions.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to persuasively present design concepts and decisions to internal stakeholders and teams.
  • Team player with a passion for cooperative collaboration. Expertise in Lean UX and agile methodologies.
  • Clear communication in written and spoken form – in fluent German and English.

For this role, we provide a minimum gross annual salary of € 52,136 (ST1 Regelstufe) in accordance with our IT collective agreement. This applies to a full-time position of 38.5 hours per week and requires a minimum of 3  years of relevant professional experience as a UI-Designer. 

 

 Individual qualifications and experience relevant to the open position will be considered for the salary, and there is a clear willingness to overpay.
